***Update 3.24.17 - bumping up to 5 out of 5 stars. The store has expanded and is revamping and I must say I was very impressed with the freshness of their produce, fish market, expanded selection, etc. Love it!*** Their store is great overall for a variety of Asian cooking needs, especially considering that Asian cuisine is not the primary focus for many consumers in south TX. Their selection of noodles, sauces, vinegars, spices, produce and specialty items is quite nice and reasonably priced. You will find a better selection and pricing at Tim's than you will in the supermarkets' ethnic aisles. I am often surprised when they ring up my total at how much I can buy for twenty or thirty bucks. Additionally, their staff is very friendly and helpful. This store has enabled me to find the ingredients to cook foods that I love. Tim's is the best in the area and one of the best Asian markets I've been to anywhere.

I believe this is the largest Asian grocery store in San Antonio which in turn would give them the largest selection obviously. This is not the normal Asian grocery store I go to but I have been here before. It's been a couple years since I've been here it appears as if they did a big expansion so they are quite large now.

This is THE place to come and stock up on your Asian foods. Great selection and delicious treats. They have foods from all Asian countries and now include a Caribbean food section as well. Can't beat this!

I thought they would have a better selection. I was able to get the things I needed, however the prices were a bit higher than your average Asian grocery. I had to leave and go get cash because their credit card system wasn't working. I really liked that it didn't smell bad and they didn't say anything about me bringing my service dog in with me.

Good selection with decent prices. I wish the freezer section was a bit bigger but they do seem to be renovating. I miss having access to Hiep Thai and Ranch 99 up north, so this family store was a great find after moving down to the SA area. It's not too crowded and kept pretty clean. There's no fresh fish like you'd see in a usual Asian market, but they do have fresh roast duck and bbq pork.
