They do sell fresh fruits and vegetables that come at a reasonable cost but be careful because some of the vegetables and fruits are rotten and you will have to return back to the store to have them replace

Randi Lewis: 05/02/2017 05:20

Small store. Not a lot of variety. Missing some favorites. Good for a quick run for staples.

Annayancy Guerrero: 05/01/2017 16:13

This place is pretty small and disorganized on the inside. It's hard to tell what prices match what items. And only one check out lane was open. On the flip side, everything is cheaper than a normal grocery store. And they have a good flow of customers going in and out. On a side note, there was an accident in the parking lot the day I visited and the manager took forever to come out.

Troy Grzymko: 04/30/2017 04:48

Great selection and great prices. No frills and no extra costs. Love shopping here

J L: 04/28/2017 22:11

Cheap supplemental grocery store doesn't have everything. Great prices! Great quality!

Bethany Goldsack: 04/28/2017 04:22

Great store and low prices. Workers are polite and fast. Remember your reusable bags and quarter for shopping cart, but they also sell bags for a few cents.

Stephanie Hernandez: 04/20/2017 07:35

Best proceed foods. Not a huge selection but what they have is good quality. Definitely a place for anyone on a shoestring budget that wants to eat healthy.

Aquarius Amethyst: 04/16/2017 21:02

I am so happy that they finally moved a Aldis close to me. I love this store! The quality of their products are amazing. Also very affordable prices for everyday perishables and non-perishable items. Prices are lower than most of HEB, Walmart, Krogers that I use to shop at . However please stop getting produce from Mexico and Guatemala it goes bad very quickly. Went by there today and they're closed what's really going on. Aldis everybody shop even on Easter Sunday.

Victoria King: 04/08/2017 19:31

Not a lot of "big brands" but the products are quality items. Prices are amazing. Produce selection and quality could use an upgrade. They have a lot of organic and limited ingredient products that are reasonably priced. You can also find cool random things (plants, gardening tools, pet supplies, lawn furniture, etc) for crazy cheap prices. These stores don't look like the grocery stores that you're used to.... the layout is very minimal. You'll also need a quarter for your shopping cart (returned once you return the cart) and you either need your own reusable bags OR you can purchase theirs- Plastic is 10 cents per bag and paper is 6 cents per bag.

Gotta love German-inspired efficiency! Not only do I absolutely take advantage of their prices on stable goods, i also occasionally indulge in special seasonal products that are always fun to try - advent calendars, Bavarian sausage, and the best darn line of luxury chocolates I have had, etc. If you are trying to eat healthy, avoid the first row upon entrance and shop on the perimeter! Other than the occasional items, I would get fresh produce elsewhere.

It's always nice to see ALDI opens new sites in Houston. I'm not from this area. I can't comment on how this store compared with other grocery stores here. I was amazed to see everything I need was there. I know they didn't just opened up. It much better than the one on Beechnut. This store has larger and functional parking lot. I'd come back more often.

Avraham Solomon: 04/02/2017 07:22

interesting place with a varying assortment of food and merchandise. The produce is usually a great buy as is milk, eggs, yogurt...

Kristin Howard: 03/26/2017 23:27

I stopped going to Aldi years ago because the lines were too long (my ice cream would never make it through the line and home), and the cash/check only policy was contributing to that. Now that they take credit cards I have enjoyed the entire shopping experience. I prefer to shop here for the XL pizza or for just vegetables because I tend to save more money on these items than meats and dairy.

Danette Davis: 03/20/2017 21:23

Loves this store. Unique goods with great bargins

Andrea Mitchell: 03/18/2017 06:01

Aldi is fantastic for lower price grocery items, as long as you aren't stuck on name brands. This location is really nice and kept well stocked and the employees are great. Try some of their brands - I haven't been disappointed yet. Don't forget your reusable grocery bags (they sometimes have empty boxes from product that you can use to take your groceries home in for free, but they're not always available) and a quarter for your shopping cart. You'll get it back when you return the cart. I've had good and bad luck with produce, so double check your items before you buy them to check for freshness.

I LOVE aldi. I am borderline obsessed. I love efficiency turned into $$ saving and this place has it. You won't find your name brand processed foods here (have to settle for the off brand) but that crap isn't good for you anyway ;) Fresh produce, cheeses & meats. Rotating specialty items. You may have to supplement with a quick trip to heb to grab one or two random things that they don't carry, but after you get familiar with their products you can definitely make this your main market and save big money. Staff is friendly.

Kathryn Zinsmeister: 03/11/2017 17:17

Produce is fresh and prices very reasonable.

Trina Maria: 03/08/2017 01:25

This is like Sam's club, but smaller. Some prices are good and others not so hot. Surprises around if you look. Can't beat the price on milk!

MICHAEL STUMPS: 03/01/2017 07:22

Was my first visit to this location and have admit that the store was clean organized food and other products appear to be fresh and well priced still have to use to the idea of bringing you're own shopping bags or purchase there's. Overall summary great visit

Shaun Michael: 02/22/2017 08:14

Cheap and cheerful. Very considerate staff. Remember to take a quarter if you want to use a shopping cart

James Johnson: 02/12/2017 20:47

Great little store at even better prices.

Ivonne Curiel: 02/10/2017 00:50

Great place to find good, fresh food, fruits, and veggies at very reasonable prices. I love shopping here.

Wesley Leggett: 02/06/2017 21:26

ALDI consistently has the best prices for groceries. Their stock also includes many interesting items unique to them. The same German ownership as Trader Joe's is likely the reason. Best prices on produce. Good selection of gluten free foods. About the only disappointment, so far, was the frozen Lasagna, super cheap, but dull.

Mark Badoy: 02/05/2017 00:54

Very cheap, friendly/helpful staff. A lot of the products are generic brands with varying quality. The protein/meat is great and generally cheaper than other grocery stores. Fruits and vegetables are a toss-up; lots of bruised produce. The way they handle shopping carts (need a quarter to "unlock," quarter is refunded if returned) and bags (bring your own or buy your own) are different than the norm, but the cash they save by not giving away free plastic grocery bags and not having employees wasting time gathering shopping carts is reflected in their prices.

Kayla Love: 02/03/2017 18:07

I like their fresh produce, meat, inexpensive milk and $1 egg. When they had pomegranate fruit, it was around $0.48/each! No other market beats that price. I also like their $3 Winking Owl brand moscato and white zinfandel wine. It's nice and sweet. Customer service outstanding.

Donna Myers: 01/31/2017 18:24

No frills but very clean. Don't forget your quarter for the cart and your shopping bags. You get your quarter back at the end of your shopping trip. I love saving money and I always get quality food.

Corin E: 01/23/2017 02:45

Bad customer service. I'm big and preggo and was yelled at for thinking that the basket up front which my groceries were placed in was for me to use. And was never offered the option for a bag. This was my first time here so didn't realize that I had to buy it and was expected to get back in line to get an 11 cent bag. I just decided to waddle out with groceries in hand disgusted at lack of thoughtfulness or customer service. I'll stick with trusty old HEB :)

Chris Murray: 01/22/2017 17:22

Best place to get groceries. especially dairy product. Unique method of shopping. Taking a shopping card is 25 cents, but you get it back once you return the cart. They also don't give shopping bags or bag anything. You have to bring bags or buy some for 10c each. Very smart idea, they never have any carts in the parking lot.

Matthew Cohen: 11/19/2016 06:00

Like this ALDI so far. Just got here and started shopping, but first thing I noticed was the new color scheme for the Houston market, and the wider aisles and more "open-concept" floorplan.

Tara Costello: 11/17/2016 05:05

Friendly staff and great food at great prices! The store is always clean, neat and well stocked! I love coming here!
