Yes this is the nearest Walmart to our place and yes we go here the most as compared to other Walmarts. Its pretty neat and clean all the time and we get almost all our daily needs here. All the people working here are very friendly. We seldom go to the Walmart supermarket nowadays.

The manager at the store as very friendly and hospitable. The checkout clerks are very friendly and helpful. The price is here are priced better than some of the stores in the area considering this is a college town. The stores are open 24 hours except for closing on Saturday night and we opening Sunday morning. The service you would expect at a good neighborhood Walmart.

Very nice store, cashiers are very friendly and helpful. Wish it still stayed open until 12pm like it did when it first opened. It now closes at 10pm.

The meat selection is horrible, brown with very dark red spots, One piece appeared as if something was crawling on it. I did not have my phone that night and never went back.

It's really located in very good place there are multiple communities near by and it's very useful for customers to go for groceries shopping.

Customer service is lacking. I had a problem with a transaction and one of the managers told me I would just have to pay extra for the transaction even though it was thier mistake. Fortunately, a different manager came to the register and was able to fix the issue. Please provide employees more training on customer service!

Baby section was a complete mess. Nothing was labeled or priced properly. At 5 am, a store would normally already be blocked in and nice looking. Not this one. And one of the associates could not keep her hands to herself and kept running her hands (heavens know what was on them) through my son's hair, despite my repeated attempts to move the cart away from her. Won't be back.

They had to change hours bc of crime. It's a shame Charlotte is getting the crime known to big cities. Miss the small town atmosphere.

My wife was excited when they first opened as the store is only a few minutes walk from us. I don't care for the Food Lion around the corner so much, as certain things are hard to find and the selection is not very good. Plus, when picking out mustard one night, I saw several cockroaches on the condiments shelfs, not far from produce and Deli. The Walmart is new, clean and well stocked like you would expect of a new store. But my wife and I have had problems after getting home and unpacking the groceries only to realize several items are well past the expiration date. Small jars of jelly expired before the store opened, milk within the last week, bread, etc. We have tried to be more careful and check dates, but still miss one or two items, like individual fruit pie pockets that taste/smell funny after biting into the only to find out they are 2 months out of date. We had hoped it was a small issue, but continue to see it in store and have been shopping here less and less (going back to Bi-Lo and Sam's). Check dates carefully if you shop here. Hopefully this is something they will correct soon. But I have a feeling a lot of what is on their shelves was ordered before the store was opened and the more common essentials that move quickly are not checked or rotated properly when they come into the store. Fortunately produce is easier to notice when it has gone bad.

I'm so glad this Neighborhood Market opened up! It's so convenient! The produce department is clean and well-kept. You do have to keep an eye out for prices, though. Some items cost less at different Walmarts around town. Though, for some people, the $0.20-$0.50 difference may be worth it for the convenience.

This is by far the worst Walmart my family and I have had the misfortune of using. The store is understaffed at the registers and primarily rely on machines to check you out when they fill like functioning properly. When lines begin to form at money center and registers you can expect not to see any extra personal help waiting customers. You should expect to wait about 10 to 15 minutes to check out.Not a good in and out shop like most Walmarts or neighborhood markets. Most of the front staff is rude and clearly look like they hate working there, which should not be the customers problem. This walmart could be so much better for the area it serves. I drive all the way to the walmart near ballantyne now because this one sucks so bad.

Very clean, good variety, great value, good store layout and helpful & courteous staff. I drive right by a closer grocery store located at the entrance to my neighborhood just to go to the Walmart Neighborhood Market. Many of my neighbors are doing exactly the same thing because the new WNMarket seems to be doing everything much better than the closer grocery store. You have won over a loyal customer Walmart.

Convenient and easy to get to like the option to weigh your own bags of beans and rice and such. The Self Checkout POS machines always have errors for weigh calibration. Apart from that pretty convenient and way easier to navigate than a super Walmart.
