I waited about 10 minutes to rig up in a li e with a sign that read credit and debt only. I rang everything up and then was told the line was for debit only, was made to get in the back of another line that was even longer. After 15 minutes of waiting there I was told the cashier was closing the register and I would have to get in another line. I left.

Many of the store associates on several occasions lack knowledge of product locations; common products such as coals, lighter fluid, razors, etc. The associate leaves me and says they're going to ask another employee then didn't come back within 10 minutes. I later went to look for myself and saw the same associate chatting lacksadaisaclly with a co-worker of theirs. Many of the carts are perpetually dirty. The quality of service and care is distasteful compared to other membership clubs I am a part of. This Sam's Club charges premiumly to be a "club/group", but instead the only difference between it and wal-mart is the amount of bulk you're offered. I believe in paying for what we get and I pay premium prices and believe the service should be in line with this.

Awesome store with many great items. I would've given it five stars if the cashier would've been more personable.

Good for shopping whole sale groceries and other item. But we dint have gas station in this location. We need to go to Sam's club south location to fill gas. They can reduce the membership price here.

This is the worst Sam's Club location! Every time I go to order something from the bakery there is always an issue. My company usually order cakes from this location because this location is down the street from our building. The last time I ordered a cake from the bakery there was a hair in the cake and I had to literally go into the bakery and watch them redo my cake. This time I placed an order and stated I would bring the design we would like to appear on the cake. I was wearing my work ID and was advised I needed to have a signed release form for the design to appear on the cake. It did not matter that we are always ordering from the location but this was something I should have been told before leaving my office to take the design to their bakery. This is my breaking point with Sam's Club because after reading the previous reviews for the bakery at this location, it seems that the company does not value their customers and apparently are satisfied with the service they are providing to their customers. This is the last time I will place an order with Sams and I am now looking to join BJ's .
