This Publix is nice and bright and clean with wide aisles. But for some reason I always leave dissatisfied because I can't find something (especially organic veggies or grass fed meat) or it just takes twice as long as it should. I don't know why either. It also doesn't seem to be as cheap at the end of the cart as it should be for a value-oriented retailer. I'm going to HT on East until Sedgefield opens up.

Very clean and very well organized. What makes this place are the employees. So friendly and so helpful. A joy to shop here. I love that there is a Starbucks in this location now too!

I love Publix. No unruly children running wild. Items have not been opened and put back. Customer services are amazing. From the greeting to the parking lot. I found some Calypso cookies in the bakery and I love them.

Being from Florida, Publix is like my second home! I love the parking garage beneath this location. Such a smart design...I hate to see large asphalt lots taking up valuable land. Anyways, the parking spaces are wide which is rare in Charlotte. Staff is friendly and store is bright and clean. I drive across town to shop here weekly rather than going to the HT a mile away.

Clean restrooms, but the only baby changing station is in the family restroom, so if someone is in there you will just have to wait with a fussy baby until it is available. I would love if they added a second one in the regular restroom in the handicap stall or something. One time I went and it was locked completely because someone cleaned it and probably didn't want it used again (about an hour before they closed). An employee noticed my frustration and got a manager to unlock it for me to change my son. They were really sweet about it, so that redeemed my experience. Employees are usually friendly, their Aprons station always has something delicious to sample while you shop. Good selection on just about everything. Navigating the parking garage is a bit stressful to me at times. Overall a pretty good experience.
