I am really seeking and building a relationship with you as my small town grocery store. Yesterday was my first complete shopping experience. I had been intrigued by one prior time visit by your prices and selection. Wow, I returned today for an amazing gift idea and like many people - I came for one purpose and thirty three dollars later, my daughter pulled me out for home. She was also so very impressed with our experience today. It was so cool for both of us. Thank you all for your help and assistance to me as a customer. Have a blessed and joy filled holiday my new friends at Ralph's

I absolutely love this little grocer. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the produce is good, the butcher/deli is outstanding. Love shopping at Ralph's.

I arrived Ralphs ~2pm today, parked my bicycle on the rack at the front door. Within 10 minutes inside the market, my bicycle is gone. It's a shocking such thing happen at a busy cross road in the bright day light: the thief is so fast to steal a locked bicycle, with so many people around. Many people had warned me not go to poor neighborhood in Grand Rapid, with high crime rate. I came from very poor country, but I still could not imagine such thing would happen even in the worst corner of the world. It's just an old bike bought from Craigslist with $55. I had to walk miles back. Thanks the thief, walking is a better exercise than biking.
