Walmart Supercenter on the map
Kerema Benson: 05/04/2017 20:53
They had a little of what I needed. There were no crazy people there!
Alicia Justine: 05/02/2017 01:34
Waited 30mins in line just for assistance at the Walmart Money center. Customer in front of me asked the manager Nick if there was anyone to help the young lady or if someone else could open up another line. He explained only the young lady was trained to do this center. When I asked the manager Nick again 15mins later he said that there is nothing he could do. I must add that Nick didn't have a problem with standing next to the young lady as she did so for almost 10mins, in that time he could have opened a second line. So shout out to Nick

I rarely go here and only do because it's cheap. Never enough lines open and something always goes wrong at checkout
Robert J Ruble: 04/30/2017 01:24
The largest Walmart Supercenter I've yet visited. Wide, clutter-free aisles, great product selection, and competitive prices. Conveniently located at intersection of Michigan Road and 86th Street.

Walmart stores need to have all lanes open at all times is my opinion but hey I guess that million dollar business can't spend an extra stack a day to do so. Wtf ever. It seems like Walmart stores are getting worse and worse
Penny Bell: 04/22/2017 21:44
Have issues with employees walking around using foul language they don't whisper. There are a few bad apples in the bunch others are nice, polite, and ask if they could be of help
Ashok Chaudhary: 04/19/2017 19:01
I came here a few times to get the money orders. Either the employees do not know what they are doing or they say , there is some technical issues. The issues everytime. Ia have been waiting in the line for last 35 minutes and I have only two customers before me since. I think Wal-Mart wants hire slow ppl so, they donot question its system.
Makayla utter: 04/19/2017 01:07
Its walmart.... Lol. Some people working there shouldnt be there... If u dont like ur job then u shouldnt be working there. Do somethin with ur life. And only ghetto people shop there. Got purse stolen from there
Brendon: 04/16/2017 04:28
Refuse to open registers when lines are 8 people deep. Employees are outright mean when asking where an item is and disgusting floors and shelves. Roaches are also a problem here.
Ace: 04/13/2017 16:13
This place is more chaotic than most Wal-Marts. It is completely obvious there is a management problem. Employees are not happy and they pass that on in the way they interact with customers. I actually am fearful of asking any associate for assistance because the reactions are so terrible.
Serah Hicks: 04/11/2017 20:43
Checkouts are hardly ever open, it's kind of dirty, they rearrange every few months, but there is some helpful staff and good prices.
Mental Diarrhea: 04/08/2017 04:43
You can buy wine, beer, hard liquor, all sorts of alcoholic beverages at this Walmart

I love this store. The employees are the ones who keep it real. They keep it alive. Now if only rude customers would quit coming in, and taking out their problems and stupidity on the employees maybe it wouldn't rub off on the employees and then get transferred on down the line to the rest of the employees's customers. Less rude customers= more nice and helpful employees. Everyone seems to forget, the employees do have the right to refuse service at any time for any reason, but the customer feels they have the right to be take care of properly even if they've been a total lowdown piece of scum.
Micala Ruthann Carey: 04/04/2017 17:49
Employees are racist and disrespectful towards white customers, and have consistently treated me poorly while being very friendly towards people of their own race. I am always friendly and polite to employees, but they constantly find a way to be disrespectful and rude to me for no reason, and I can only assume it's because of my skin color when everyone of a different race seems to be treated with respect and courtesy when I'm there.
Kyle Budke: 03/28/2017 00:22
Truthfully, every time I go there, I run into the same problems; cashiers are lazy and care more to talk to someone standing behind them, rather than do their job, and/or they're stoned and move about as fast as a blocked bowel movement, it's pretty difficult to trek the difference. 2 sided self check outs are awesome, except 3/4 are cards only... which causes the lines to back up... Most stuff is always stocked so that's good. Bakery has a loud beep go off as a timer, which can be heard all the way past meats and to dairy, again, it usually goes off for a long time, I wonder why... There's a few others like meats not being stocked, but that's more so because the meat guy is old... Anyway, I'm just going to avoid it and go to some other place (preferably outside of the circle)
Vannessa West: 03/23/2017 20:02
Horrible return policy, today 3/23/17 I've never even tried to return anything at Walmart, and never will again, because I won't be shopping there again, they lie on line, and the customer service is horrific
JD Duncan: 03/13/2017 01:27
Just like many wal marts, the staff is hit or miss.... Wonderful helpful older gentleman in tools/bathroom hardware area. Unfortunately while I was in electronics I saw/heard 2 employees completely misleading a customer about phone chargers and they seemed annoyed to have been interrupted to "help" in the first place.
Robert Pucci: 03/11/2017 04:45
Ghetto Walmart of America.. they literally have 1-2 Indianapolis/Beech Grove police squad cars parked out front 24/7. I can't speak on behalf of all the employee's but anytime I'm there (especially after dark, 6-8 p.m.) the employee's in all departments show little class, nor act in a professional manner. They are short on staff and there is always a line to check out because of it. But hey, it's Walmart...
Chelsie Harper: 03/10/2017 22:27
Decent. Not enough customer service in the electronics department. That, in my opinion is almost the busiest department. A line tends to gather and the phone rings non stop.

W. is spot on with his commitment on this location not being the same as it used to be, this location two years ago and back , was so nice and classy it just wasn't funny , you could get anything 1 item or a full cart and be out in no time , the workers had a cool vibe with them selves etc. , what ever you needed you found , never out/empty, I have found this now on many occasions. And have decided to go to other locations now. I think the good old days here is over.
D Will: 02/09/2017 00:52
This is a very nice Wal-Mart location. The shelves are well stocked, the employees are helpful, and there is an adequate amount of lanes open. Pretty much everything that one could ask for.
D Will: 02/09/2017 00:50
If you need to quickly get something from a grocery store this is not the place for you. Thus Wal-Mart gas to be one of the worse when it comes to the amount of cashiers and lines open. There can literally be 70 people waiting with only there lanes to checkout on. Other than that though it is Wal-Mart, so you can expect to see the usual fare. The shelves are generally well stocked and employees are usually equipped to assist you with any needs.
Brennen Wright: 02/08/2017 05:47
It's a typical Walmart. Shop here and experience everything you've come to expect with Walmart. The only thing is this one also contains about 4-5 annoying salespeople dressed in cheap suits walking around harassing customers about their TV subscription. If a Walmart manager reads this (and somehow manages to care at all), get rid of those people as fast as you can. No one wants to get an earful of a sales pitch while running in to buy milk. Avoid at all costs.

0 stars. Why? Because this store had 5 beta fish that were dead! Yellow water, fuzz coming off of the fish, pushed back to keep from seeing the dead ones, and they were stacked. They need the air too. They said that the guy takes care of them daily but it seems to me and my fiance the guy was lazy and just pushed the dead ones to the back. They shouldnt be allowed to sell fish. Hire somebody that will actually take care of the fish. Any fish, not just the betas.

If your looking for a place to get your oil changed, DON'T DO IT HERE!! Got my oil change here last week and yesterday I notice my skid plate was hanging down. There was a bolt missing and another was loose. The young guy who had changed the oil had said that the skid plate was heavier than he thought so I know he had it off. I called walmart and spoke to the manager. He said the head mechanic was in and if I brought it back in they could fix it right away. Long story short I now have a zip-strip holding my skid plate up on my Hummer, that the head mechanic put on!! They didn't have the decency to put a bolt back in!
