Kroger on the map

Ally McIntyre: 05/03/2017 02:00

Not a huge selection but it has the basics. They've really done a lot to improve products in the last couple of years as well. Currently giving the exterior a facelift.

Cheryl Spencer: 05/02/2017 15:24

Staff was friendly and the store was clean. I needed some last minute flowers for a shower that day and they had a great choice of flowers

Larry C: 05/02/2017 15:03

Quick in, quick out plus pretty much always about the lowest had prices around.

Real Reviews: 04/30/2017 03:23

Great customer service. Clean and organized location.

Jendayi Erilus: 04/24/2017 01:24

I miss my Greenwood and Co Line road store, since moving to Geist this is my go to store unfortunately. The quality is very different, less food offering, no staff to help bagging and existing staff seem terribly unappealing and unhappy. May have to look at Marsh or other Kroger in Geist area.

Lisa T: 04/19/2017 05:44

Not very friendly service, and often out of a lot of food. Produce dept has fruit flies and store and parking lot are messy/trashy.

Cynthia Farmer: 04/16/2017 16:20

It's one of my most favorite places to shop

Adam Barger: 04/16/2017 07:36

Dirty and rude associates! Gal at customer was extremely rude in letting me know she was closed!! Then went in to the store and it was a mess and unorganized!! Will do what I can to avoid in the future!!

Justin Zenn: 04/06/2017 17:54

I still prefer Meijer but Kroger is a great place for a quick trip and the staff is usually very friendly, although during the day it's not always easy to find somebody for help

A Google User: 03/30/2017 18:33

Always friendly and helpful. Some cashiers remember us as frequent shoppers.

James A. Leuenberger: 03/29/2017 02:42

They have Very Fresh Delicious

Joshua Adams: 03/27/2017 05:37

Overall a good store. Good produce. Good service. Quality matches price.

Heather Conner: 03/24/2017 21:40

I like Kroger, but not this store. The produce looks like crap most of the time, I found expired food on multiple occasions(canned goods and dairy), and the store is dirty. We have major food desert issues in Indianapolis. This happens to be the nicest closest store to my home which is why I shop here occasionally. Otherwise I look for better Kroger locations, new Aldis because their produce is better, or meijer who's stores are always on point ☝️

Tuan Tran: 03/24/2017 01:05

I go here because I live within walking distance. It's good for frozen foods, non-perishables, and maybe dairy, although the selection is limited. (I can never get 2% Horizon milk and go with the store brand.) Whenever I buy produce that is not bananas, I'm disappointed. What prompted me to write this review are some horrible tasting peaches that I just bought this week. I've never had such a dry, powdery and bland tasting peaches in my life. It wasn't just one, but all of them. (I ate all three just to see.) Yes, I'll probably buy fruit from here again out of desperation. But maybe I'll learn and just plan ahead a little better and stock up elsewhere.

Miles Robinson: 03/21/2017 05:04

i been going into this kroger a few times now and this kroger store seems better and cleaner too.

Jim Brocken: 03/19/2017 06:28

This place is like going into the twilight zone. I wanted some bacon so the guy grabs a bare hand full of it , plops it into a bare scale all mushed up and when I said something about it he gets pissed. The store manager starts ripping up gross carpeting in the middle of the busiest shopping day, dirt going everywhere like its the customers fault. When you get to the checkout, you are treated like a they hate me. I will drive to Marsh on 82nd street to avoid this place and never buy any meat products here. Ever. Hopefully I've now given them a reason to hate me.

Randy Joe Duke: 03/09/2017 20:27

Based on my father's experiences with them it's not a very handicap friendly location. My father has gone there twice now, first thing on Thursday mornings and found that none of the carts were charged or plugged in. When asked why he was informed that people weren't plugging them back in. Doesn't seem like they should depend on the people who need the carts for bad backs or legs to bend over and plug them in. There should be an employee doing that. Other than that they're fine.

Sakpayan Charlie: 03/02/2017 03:48

Very easy access and good place to shop. Closer to more gas station amazing businesses. Good management staffing.

Stronda Young: 03/01/2017 16:26

Some of the staff are rude they stay on the phone more than helping the customer. For the most part its a okay local hood store.

GINO OSTONAL: 02/27/2017 23:08

the guy in the deli named bennie is the best was real helpful he is what makes this store a place to shop at need more workers like him i cant say enough about him

dUsTjUnKy2000: 02/26/2017 01:53

Bathrooms are absolutely revolting. Filthy, un-stocked, and smells worse than a porta-john.

Harry Sosa Jr: 02/22/2017 20:17

Good for basic needs. Quick in and out but can get crowded fast. New self serve lanes are a big bonus.

Heather Cortez: 02/21/2017 16:49

I prefer this Kroger over the one on 71st and Binford because it's less crowded. Clean and organized. I rarely have to wait in long lines.

Toya Taylor: 02/14/2017 18:11

This is my favorite store !!! . There all kinds of great sales on everything. Plus the employees know my face .

Carley Bills: 02/11/2017 04:35

This place is practically my home away from home, as I come here at least 3 times a week for the last 15 years. I love this store, all the associates are always so kind and helpful. They make our family feel like family. I'm on a first name basis with most of them and they know my kids' faces and ask about them if I don't have them with me. If I ever move, I'd drive out of my way to go to this Kroger location. Clean and always stocked too. The fuel points save add up quickly to great savings at their fuel center as well. :)

Erica Mueller: 02/08/2017 17:07

This Kroger is a convenient place to stop since it is on the way home from work. I am just never overly impressed with the store--sometimes there are no carts, parking can be tough and certain items i need out of stock.

Julie Shaffer: 02/01/2017 04:37

It's a nice Kroger not always to busy and have everything always stocked and the free Friday download is always out on Friday and past ones also

Jennifer Robertson: 01/30/2017 16:34

Small, cheaper than Marsh. Has no bakery or grill, and a poor cheese selection. The staff is great, and super helpful. I just wish there was a wider selection of product.

Darrin Marion: 01/27/2017 04:52

The prepared sandwich area looked like they may have some good stuff. After being directed by several different people, I was led to the prepared food area. They had a pretty good buffalo chicken sandwich. Bathroom was clean, and for a what appeared to be a fairly busy time, they had things under control and I left happy.

Susan Krysztoforski: 01/25/2017 20:11

clean store, friendly service and fast checkouts. Decent produce selection. Gets pretty crowded and haven't found a good time for easily getting down the aisles though!

Chase Brock: 01/23/2017 17:29

This is my favorite Kroger in Indy. It's really small and has the more personal feel of grocery stores from the past. They've done a lot to meet the demand of the changing neighborhood...much more "simple truth" brand items, clean store, and they redecorated the interior over the past year. Surprisingly good selection for how small the store is. I like having fewer choices to make, but good options. Shoppers are friendly and behave better than other large Kroger stores. I've had better interactions with staff and shoppers at this store than any other Kroger in Indy. Meat: could use some improvement with quality meats, for example: no grass fed beef options at this location.

Stephanie Brown: 01/22/2017 23:10

Pleasantly surprised by the selection of organic foods that are offered. If looking closely you can find several clearance items and sale items. Be sure to use the Kroger app for more savings, lots of digital coupons worth the time and money checking them out.

Katie Arritt: 01/21/2017 10:39

This is my main grocery store. Produce and meats are usually pretty fresh and healthy looking. Friendly staff, reasonable prices and I can usually find everything I need.

Darrin Marion: 12/31/2016 06:08

I like the fact that this store has a very diverse staff. And the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I've never had a bad experience. Well, once, that was because they decided to stop cooking chicken an hour before they were supposed to. The manager did however, quickly jump behind the counter and quickly fried up chicken. Their desserts stay on point always.

SLOW Your Role: 12/28/2016 14:28

Isles are blocked with large skids of unstocked items. Customers have to step aside for moving skids. Produce is often not fresh. I am going to shop elsewhere.

Joshua Wagner: 12/09/2016 06:12

Great location, good prices, and they always have what I need. Plus the pharmacy is convenient, being across from St. Vincent hospital.

Joshua Wagner: 12/09/2016 06:09

Convient location, and they had what I was after, but this place was pretty rough. It was kind of dirty, very outdated, and very well used.

Zach Allison: 11/30/2016 21:54

According to all known laws of aviation, there is no way a bee should be able to fly. Its wings are too small to get its fat little body off the ground. The bee, of course, flies anyway because bees don't care what humans think is impossible. Yellow, black. Yellow, black. Yellow, black. Yellow, black. Ooh, black and yellow! Let's shake it up a little. Barry! Breakfast is ready! Ooming! Hang on a second. Hello? - Barry? - Adam? - Oan you believe this is happening? - I can't. I'll pick you up. Looking sharp. Use the stairs. Your father paid good money for those. Sorry. I'm excited. Here's the graduate. We're very proud of you, son. A perfect report card, all B's. Very proud. Ma! I got a thing going here. - You got lint on your fuzz. - Ow! That's me! - Wave to us! We'll be in row 118,000. - Bye! Barry, I told you, stop flying in the house! - Hey, Adam. - Hey, Barry. - Is that fuzz gel? - A little. Special day, graduation. Never thought I'd make it. Three days grade school, three days high school. Those were awkward. Three days college. I'm glad I took a day and hitchhiked around the hive. You did come back different. - Hi, Barry. - Artie, growing a mustache? Looks good. - Hear about Frankie? - Yeah. - You going to the funeral? - No, I'm not going. Everybody knows, sting someone, you die. Don't waste it on a squirrel. Such a hothead. I guess he could have just gotten out of the way. I love this incorporating an amusement park into our day. That's why we don't need vacations. Boy, quite a bit of pomp... under the circumstances. - Well, Adam, today we are men. - We are! - Bee-men. - Amen! Hallelujah! Students, faculty, distinguished bees, please welcome Dean Buzzwell. Welcome, New Hive Oity graduating class of... ...9:15. That concludes our ceremonies. And begins your career at Honex Industries! Will we pick ourjob today? I heard it's just orientation. Heads up! Here we go. Keep your hands and antennas inside the tram at all times. - Wonder what it'll be like? - A little scary. Welcome to Honex, a division of Honesco and a part of the Hexagon Group. This is it! Wow. Wow. We know that you, as a bee, have worked your whole life to get to the point where you can work for your whole life. Honey begins when our valiant Pollen Jocks bring the nectar to the hive. Our top-secret formula is automatically color-corrected, scent-adjusted and bubble-contoured into this soothing sweet syrup with its distinctive golden glow you know as... Honey! - That girl was hot. - She's my cousin! - She is? - Yes, we're all cousins. - Right. You're right. - At Honex, we constantly strive to improve every aspect of bee existence. These bees are stress-testing a new helmet technology. - What do you think he makes? - Not enough. Here we have our latest advancement, the Krelman. - What does that do? - Oatches that little strand of honey that hangs after you pour it. Saves us millions. Oan anyone work on the Krelman? Of course. Most bee jobs are small ones. But bees know that every small job, if it's done well, means a lot. But choose carefully because you'll stay in the job you pick for the rest of your life. The same job the rest of your life? I didn't know that. What's the difference? You'll be happy to know that bees, as a species, haven't had one day off in 27 million years. So you'll just work us to death? We'll sure try. Wow! That blew my mind! "What's the difference?" How can you say that? One job forever? That's an insane choice to have to make. I'm relieved. Now we only have to make one decision in life. But, Adam, how could they never have told us that? Why would you question anything? We're bees. We're the most perfectly f

Tiffany Howard: 11/12/2016 20:43

best Kroger ever, friendly associates everywhere. everyone tries their best to make it a great place to shop.

Happy Camper: 11/01/2016 16:14

Love this Kroger! Staff is friendly and the store always has unique offerings. Lately, they've had imported pasta for .49 a 16oz bag! Excellent pasta made using bronze die and slowed dried at low temps. Then, the most excellent pasta sauce I've tasted from a jar, ALSO imported, sold for .99! Topping it all was a BOTTLED sparkling lemon beverage to die for, only .49 per! These offerings aren't unusual for THIS Kroger. The one in my old city NEVER seemed to have such deals! Kroger really helped me stretch my dollars in the most savory way that week!

Linda Donaldson: 08/05/2016 09:44

I 'be gone to this store for over 40 years!! We started going there when this store was at girl school and Rockville road. I love most of the people who work there. Couple of people in there office there aren't as friendly as they should be with the public, but the place is clean and can find what I need all the time. There's always someone who will ask if I need any help finding anything. I love the idea they hire the disabled, also. They have two bag boys that are so nice and helpful. Some days they even cheer me up to talk to them in there.. At this store Ray and Jamie should be given award for just being so helpful and so nice to talk to. Thanks for hiring people that some might not. Any company would be happy to have these two happy guys working for them. I love this store!!! By the way my 44 year old son worked his first job there and loved it!!!

Saron Berhe: 07/18/2016 05:40

It is the closest Kroger store for me to shop because I am pregnant and I don't feel like driving farther to the bigger stores. I go there often but the customer service is not great. I lost my keys in the store and I asked workers if they find a key the said yes and took me to The manager to get my keys. She busy and one of the workers let her know that I was the one who lost they key she has. She was rude and unhappy even the Kroger worker even mentioning it to her. I was like I can wait until you finish whatever you are doing. Then 10 mins later I still stand there and waiting for her but she was really screaming at the other workers and I am guessing on me too for loosing my keys in there. It was loud for me to hear what exactly she was saying but she was looking at me rude I felt like mistreated and discriminated in that store. I would rather drive a little farther where I can be treated well as a customer.

F.Kevin Gaza: 07/13/2016 05:38

This Kroger is a little gem. Has a good variety of eclectic foods, seafood and organics. Not the normal big box Kroger, which makes it nice.

Greg Lambert: 06/08/2016 00:26

Customers at this store are some of the rudest of any grocery store I've ever been to. It's not just a one time thing either. It's every time I go here which is usually once per week. Great selection, great produce, and excellent prices. The produce department is usually filled with a great variety of fruits and vegetables. It seems I never see anybody stocking the shelves but the shelves are always stocked. Free in-store WIFI. So for the store itself I give five stars. The customers who shop there I give negative 2 stars. That equates to 3 stars positive.
