This Wal-Mart has made upgrades so that now they have a self checkout near both entrances which is very convenient. Other than that it's a have-everything-you-need Wal-Mart.

OMG these Wal-Mart's in Jacksonville are awful....They are slow never enough people at the registers and holidays are the worst . Why won't management fix this. Why won't corporate office come and see how slow the lines are and customer service always just have 1 person helping 20 people in line . Why wont they hire more help. The lady at customer service looks like she needs to retire .

This place feels like it is possibly going downhill. I do not know why. Each experience seems to reflect the local pedestrians and panhandlers.

The service here has really gone down hill. The whole store is corrupt. The one employee who work behind the jewelry counter likes to stalk you. When you to complain about an employee they like playing phone tag or straight up hang up. It's terrible. Bad customer service.

Will never be shopping at any Walmart ever again. You have the worst customer service and I have still put up with it because of your prices. But today your employees were so rude I walked out empty handed and crying.

I was in the check out area and a female employee who's name is Mykela had refused to give me service when I asked if her register was open. Well it was, but not for me. So this other guy came behind me, and she serviced him instead. I ended up having to use the self check out since no other registers were open. I'm not sure if it was because of how many items I had (which wasn't much) and that the other guy had less than me, but I thought it was rude and disrespectful.

Fresh produce and bakery. I always get in and out of here fast. Always a bad element in the parking lot though. Career Panhandlers....

Only 2 lanes open on a busy evening and 1 was 20 items or less lane. Cashiers overall here are very slow. I was in i think it was lane 9. And it took that cashier 14 minutes for 1 customer. Had to check out at self service. Looked over at lane i was in and cashier was only on 2nd customer in lane.

I have no idea how Walmart ever got so popular. In exchange for a product cost that might be 5% lower than competition, you have to put up with.......... 1. a dirty parking lot filled with empty carts just waiting to smash into your car. 2. No carts available inside the store, forcing you to do Walmarts job for them, by bringing a cart in from the parking lot. 3. Consistantly terrible in stock position on most key items. 4. Non existent or completely ambivalent sales help. 5. Questionable product quality. 6. Apparel that offers all the style of a use car salesman's convention. 7. Pallets or carts of merchandise blocking many aisles. 8. A core customer that looks to be a zombie extra from 'The Walking Dead.' 9. And just in case you're not already completely grossed out and turned off by the time you're ready to check out, Walmart can guarantee a 30 minute minimum wait at the 2 or 3 registers (among a total of 30) that are actually open. No thanks! I'll gladly pay 5% more to shop in a store that doesn't look like a refugee camp. I obviously very rarely ever shop in a Walmart, but whenever I do, I always feel like I need a shower as soon as I finally get out of the store. It's amazing to me what many Americans will put up with in order to save a nickle or a dime.

This is a great place to shop and the staff is very helpful if for some reason you find something at a better price somewhere else Walmart will match the price and that's that Walmart guarantee which at this store they honor.

This Walmart is always hot and stuffy in the summer. Terrible when you are toting around your children and trying to get your shopping done. The shopping carts are old and should be replaced. I have had to return and switch out carts many times because of busted wheels, etc.

The place is.... Well.... Walmart. It's over crowded with rude people. Once in a while, you get a nice cashier. Do not go to the McDonald's inside though. They told my wife, who is in a wheelchair, that she was not allowed to sit inside and eat with her wheelchair. Very rude!

I don't know why Walmart carts are always horrible, but they are. I've even been to brand new stores. It's almost like they sabotage the wheels on purpose. Neighborhood Market locations have good carts, but Supercenters are usually bad.

It is a convenient location for anyone living in East Arlington, it's open 24/7, except it was (understandably) closed on Christmas, and in my experience (a few times per week, on average), service is the ALWAYS courteous and friendly even in the wee hours of the morning (when I normally shop). The place is clean and is quicker to get in and our of than Walmart's Superstores.

Holiday Horrors... ordered this tree online yesterday, which was supposed to be available for same-day pickup. After calling the store, waiting on hold collectively for nearly 2 hours (and getting hung up on/disconnected 3 separate times during the process), I get told that they're backed up on pickup orders, but it should be ready by tomorrow, the 24th (today). Finally send my husband this morning to go see about it, only to receive an email saying they've cancelled the order "due to the item(s) not being in stock." Somehow, MAGICALLY, they missed the stacks and stacks of this tree that they had IN-STORE. And this, people, is why I stick to my boycott of Walmart. Absolutely never again.

I am forced to at least click one star. I wouldn't even give them that. Don't come here for a battery change. It takes two minutes to swap a battery out. Finally two hours later they get around to swapping mine out. And the man has an attitude and is rude as heck. My car is dead. He very, very, slowly makes his way here, argues with me about whether or not it will start. He tries to start it. Of course it doesn't. Very slowly he walks back to their garage. Slowly walks back with jumper cables and a battery. Finally he starts it and unhooks everything and drives her inside a garage to swap em out. All of that took like 15 minutes. It takes two to swap out batteries. He could have just swapped em right there and then real quick. Instead of a two minute job, it turned into a darn near three hour job. And you get the attitude and rudeness as a bonus. DONT COME HERE

I went to the store to try to purchase a game that was online listed as $39.99 on the official Walmart website instead of the $69.99 it retailed for at the store. When I got to the counter, they could not price match, again, with their own website. The employee called her manager to see what she could do and the manager said that they have "third party vendors that offer it for that price on the Walmart but they can't match it". The way she said it was very rude and unprofessional. I also went to Target after finding the same deal on Target's site. Walked up to the counter and had no problems after they confirmed the deal with their own site. Will probably avoid Walmart altogether; this experience was enough to lose me as a customer for life. As a side note, the McDonalds is not up to the standards of other facilities. They are always slow and tend to make mistakes. I understand one or two mistakes but it seems like it happens every time.
