The manager and cashiers should be a little more mindful of more than 3 customers in line so they can open another register . Customer service has it's ups and downs but that is no reason to have multiple lines of people. In addition some cashiers are treating WIC customers very rudely because it takes them more time to match goods to voucher. CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT!!

I enjoyed the pharmacy when it was in raleys. Very slow service.

This pharmacy worked hard to get my medicine covered by my insurance. It was very tricky because of the way the medicine was dosed and packaged but they did it and I was able to get my medicine with a $20 co-payment. This will be my pharmacy from now on.

I have always had excellent and professional customer service. I have required quite a bit of extra help (forgetting to re-order/verifying ins coverage etc) and they have always accommodated me with a friendly smile. My husband goes there every year for his flu shot.In our opinion this Raleys Pharmacy is Outstanding. They get an A+ from my family!

I actually have mixed feeling about their pharmacy. The fact that they were really close to my apartment was about the only thing I liked about them. On the other hand, the pharmacy employees and practices have been a little weird, in my humble opinion. If you phone in a refill, it takes 3 days to get it filled. However, if you walk in, it's ready in 30 minutes. I guess it's understandable in that they need some time to process all the phone requests (though 3 days seems a bit much) so I thought I would try my luck with talking with a real human on the phone. One of the pharmacists answered, took down my prescription number, and informed me that it would take 3 days to fill the prescription. I asked him why this was the case since, it only takes 30 minutes if I were to walk in. After much stuttering and giggling, the pharmacist decided to go ahead and have it ready in 30 minutes. The same conversation occurred when my roommate needed his pain medication. After they finally realized that the doctor really did fax the prescription over, they then told us it would take 3 days to fill. Yet again, I had to remind them that it doesn't take that long. They also overcharge on medication, namely Zoloft. For a bottle of 60 50 mg pills (generic brand too) they were going to charge me almost $80 for it. And these were generic pills with my insurance discount too! Walmart in Country Club Plaza charges $39.65 for a bottle of 45 100mg pills. Needless to say, I will be transferring my prescriptions to Walmart and will never do business with this Pharmacy ever again. Oh and if you have to deal with that older pharmacist, I'M SO SORRY! He gets confused way too easily and thinks that 2's look like 1's. He had to contact my doctor just to verify that the 2 in the refills slot on my prescription really was a 2. He said it looked like it used to be a one. How he came to this conclusion is baffling. I can not imagine how a 2 can look like it used to be a 1. I mean, the only way this is possible is if there was a verticle line that the 2 was attached to or a verticle line that passed through the two. I had another conversation with him today, and he made a dumb comment to me that just blew my mind. Ever talk to someone and just feel like no one's home? That's this guy.
