It seems clean and nice. But some staff speak little English.

This place has groceries and lots of Korean stuff. Not too many people that speak excellent English, but I think the cleanliness, overall mood, and beauty of the shop makes if great.

Lived in Ktown for 50 yrs. The best Korean market by far (friendly service, cleanliness, bargins.... more). I wanted to buy fresh mirugai. All other Korean markets would not clean/sashimi mirugai. Only California Market fish/meat dept. employee volunteered to clean/sashimi for me. Wherever you go, service is very friendly. I appreciate this, having lived in L.A. for 50 yrs. Not many Korean employees take pride in their work, nor show appreciation towards customers. Keep up the good work.

Why are Koreans racist...don't they understand they are a minority also! Seriously! Makes no sense whatsoever. On top of that they can't be respectful and include English throughout the store HELLO YOUR IN AMERICA! I'm Latino if you go to a Spanish market we include English writing...very respectful we know where we are.

I give the Kim-She 5-Stars however the customer service only 1-Star the security officer always follows me around the store. I mean every time I go there, he's on my ass and not even discreet. I look up and there security will be at the end of each isle just staring me down. (for the record I've never stolen anything in my life my father was in the Air Force for 30 years and I grew up on military bases) making it very obvious to me and anyone who is watching the whole scenario that he's watching me. Beautiful store but a very hostile shopping experience to say the least. let me mention that I've been there 8 times roughly once a month and this has happened each time I've gone there. I'm disabled and among other issues one of my big diagnosis is social anxiety. The problem is I am a man of Color and they're just flat out racial profiling, If you guys have that much of a problem, then just close down that beautiful California Market, on Western Blvd, then Re-open it up in North Korea! Because THIS is MY neighborhood and MY COUNTRY and we don't roll like that! I will continuing shopping at Market, hoping in time they will get used to seeing me and realize that I'm their customer and I'm neighbor that's part of this community living in the same apartment over 22 just years 2 1/2 block from them. otherwise I'll just report them to the Better Business Bureau, because here in AMERICA, we have rights!
