Employee at register handled products poorly. He probably thought I did not notice, but I sure did! I will visit another Vons from now on. Also, when I went to get a replacement Vons card at the Customer Service desk, employee there was also lacking proper customer service skills.

Love Vons!!!! A over priced but clean and great employees but horrible management. He is so rude and the women too. I think she is a supervisor I don't know. But I applied to work there and the won't hire me because I'm Hispanic. Not ok. I love the store but the manager sucks balls. And That stupid lady !!!

I asked an employee if they carried Pear Cider ( an alcoholic beverage) and told her where I was looking. She told me if they had it it would be by the Apple Juice. I told her it was alcoholic beverage. She said if they had it, it would be in isle whatever. I told here that's where I was looking. She then told me I don't know and walked away. Not helpful

My husband and I just returned from this store in the Marketplace extremely disappointed. Our son attends a Federal Service Academy, USMMA, in New York and just received orders to spend 2 months in Asia. He leaves in 3 days. We wanted to send him some additional money via Western Union. We went to the counter at 7:50 p.m. as the lobby is supposed to be open until 8:00 p.m. We asked the woman with a blue shirt and hair up in a pony tail if Western Union was open. She said, "No. She's sick." My husband asked if she could help us and she said "no, the paperwork has already been processed for Western Union." I understand people get sick and businesses can be left shorthanded, but what I do not appreciate or will tolerate is this employees UNAPOLOGETIC TONE! There was no "I'm sorry Sir for the inconvenience. Our front end employee went home early because she was sick." Her answer was rude. The lobby hours are until 8 p.m. we were there at 7:50 p.m. That's not our problem, that's bad planning to not cover the shift. Roll the video for proof. I enjoy shopping at that store as Marcos is extremely pleasant and is a fine example of premium customer service that this woman could glean from. Bottom line, if this Vons condones rude employees like the one we encountered tonight, I will be spending my weekly grocery budget elsewhere.

It's always clean, and I have to admit, I like having someone else to bag my groceries for me. Also, I've compared Vons against other chains. Their deli section is better than others, but I'm not sure it totally justifies the price difference (except the bread and sandwiches, it's reasonable). The produce, however more than justifies the slightly higher price. It's not just that it is good, but it is always reliably excellent. I've never gotten a bland or mealy apple there.

On 2/11/17 we went to the floral department to ask about wedding flowers, no one was in the area and they had to go find someone from that department. I was told it would be a while, because they were busy for Valentine's Day. I was also informed nothing could be ready for a wedding before Valentine's Day. I said no problem the wedding is a couple of months away. Then a lady came up was going to make us an appointment, but couldn't accommodate any of the days that would work with our schedule. The Mondays we are off were not available because that is their delivery day and any other week day we would have to take off work to come in and meet with someone. They basically acted like we were bothering them because they were busy and didn't really want to do business with us. When we finished our shopping and walked by the floral section the 2 ladies just looked at us as we walked by, I was very disappointed as I have done a lot of business at this Von's and have always had very friendly and helpful service. I will be getting my wedding flowers some place else.

I shop at this location often and don't have many complaints about it. The aisles are normally full of sale items, it's clean, the employees are always talkative and helpful, and the meat department has a good selection of meats. My biggest complaint is during busy hours there doesn't seem to be enough cashiers to handle the customers and the lines can get long. If the store installed self check out lanes it would help ease some of the congestion.
